The Woorak Hall reached a significant milestone on Saturday, 8 August, when more than 130 people, including past and present residents, their families and friends, gathered to celebrate its centenary.
People travelled from across the district and beyond, including Melbourne, Sydney and South Australia, to reacquaint themselves with the Hall, catch up with old friends and neighbours, and share memories of Woorak and the many occasions that have taken place there over the past 100 years.
