Over 170 women had a night out for a good cause on Friday 27th February for the inaugural Bubbles & Beats event. With a full dance floor at the Nhill Memorial Community Centre, the event has been hailed a huge success. Hosted by Angela Stewart, Emma Beer and Kat Colbert, Bubbles & Beats was inspired by metropolitan events and saw an opportunity to host a similar event locally.
“We have been blown away by the support for our first event. From the ticket sales, to the raffle sponsors to the raffle sales – the support from our community has been incredible”, the women stated.
