On Tuesday, 26th May,12 Kaniva College students of Primary and Secondary travelled to Warrnambool to compete in the Greater Western Region Cross Country Championships (Regionals).
The track is notoriously challenging, with hills and a range of different surfaces to negotiate. There were 50 to 80 entrants in each race, which meant that our kids were up against very competitive fields. However, they put everything they had into their runs, with many achieving personal best results. The following students had amazing results, qualifying for the State Cross Country Championships in Yarra Glen in July:
