REUNION HUGE DAY FOR NETHERBY

During the day before the official program which lasted from 1:30-3:00 the Wheatsheaf Hotel received many patrons and again after the official program the hotel again filled up spilling out on to the street, The Hotel had a day licence for the event.Friday and Saturday many of the guests camped at the football ground. Also after the official program several old footballers returned to the oval for a kick of the football as the Netherby Memorial Park had been mowed and cleaned up for the event with some old footballers saying the oval was better than in the playing days.
