The Kaniva men’s pennant team finished top of the leaderboard in their division following the qualifying rounds.
With two competitions (11 teams in total) running simultaneously the top two teams crossed to play off in the semifinals at Horsham on Sunday. Kaniva played Hopetoun who had finished second in their division. The Kaniva boys were successful in the morning winning 3/2 and qualifying them for the 2026 Wimmera District Golf Association Pennant Championship game against Warracknabeal. Warracknabeal had earlier defeated Nhill in their semi-final match in the morning.
