The official launch of the Wiregrass Heritage Trail on Friday was a celebration of community, history and one of Australia’s most remarkable artistic legacies.
Visitors travelled from across Victoria and interstate to join locals in marking the opening of the trail, which tells the story of renowned artist and cartoonist Percy Leason and the rural community that inspired his much-loved Wiregrass cartoons.
